On April 23rd, 2024, Jason Glast Group supported Art in the Garden at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. Founded by team member Andrea Wollenzin and supporting SA Young Life East, this marks the fourth year of AITG and the first year it was an official FIESTA event. More than 300 guests enjoyed a live and silent art auction featuring local and national artists, live music, food, and drinks.
“We couldn’t be more proud of Andrea for founding such a unique and inspiring fundraiser,” Team leader Jason Glast said.”Her steadfast devotion to the kids on the Eastside has inspired many others to contribute.”
Young Life San Antonio East is a non-denominational ministry that reaches out to adolescents (high school to college aged) living in poverty to build relationships, provide mentorships, and develop leadership skills. They provide meals; provide a safe environment to build meaningful community and teach life skills through training. Staff members and volunteers aim to lead with a servant’s heart and set an example for their teens.
